I feel like I don’t talk enough about the benefits of my All In journey relative to how profound it was to my life (which was immeasurable). I can say with all of my heart that it was the best decision I ever made because quite honestly, everything is just better now 🙏 And I know some of you may argue I speak TOO much about it, but this is my page and I can do what I want 🙃

If there is anywhere in the world we could be doing work and eating delicious food, Mexico is not a bad place to be 🇲🇽🍹🤍 Jeff and I will be here until May 17th because of some visa complications but I assure you, we are not complaining. Sadly I haven’t been out much to enjoy the weather (other than this day) but I have been taking full advantage of the food 🤤 Some people enjoy sunshine and others enjoy tacos...I fall into the latter 🌮😋

And in my own quest of eating intuitively, I would love to know what accounts you follow that you think are helpful and informative when it comes to intuitive eating and body acceptance👇I would love to discover new accounts and hopefully you guys can also find new people to follow if you are on a similar quest 🙏♥️

My bestie ♥️

A long distance relationship during the pandemic has definitely been a challenge, especially if you’re in a LDR with someone who is not from the same country. I’ve heard from so many of you about your struggles this past year with your significant other and it’s definitely tough. Jeff and I are always in the midst of having to be apart or jumping through so many hoops to cross borders 😓
.
Since Jeff only had a few days left here, he asked me to come with him to Mexico so we can be together and take some time to figure things out 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼🇲🇽 (so romantic 🥰) So I guess I’m off to Mexico! ✈️

Happy Easter 🌸 to those who celebrate! It’s a

Happy Easter 🌸 to those who celebrate! It’s a beautiful day here in Florida, shoutout to @jeffnippard for snapping a pic of me 📸 About to spend the rest of the day with my family eating yummy food ☀️

Since it’s been a while, I figured I would give you guys a little update 🤍 (For the quick version, all in all ya girl is thriving and feel amazing ✨I still struggle a lot with certain things, but that’s a caption for another day 🙏)
.
🍽 Currently eating intuitively and it works really well for me. You can get a good vibe of what my appetite is like and how I eat if you watched my last Full Day of Eating video. I have a very good sense of when I feel hungry and when I feel full and would consider my appetite pretty “normal” 👏 I’m currently working on an entire video about Intuitive Eating so stayed tuned for that 😊
.
🏋🏻‍♀️ Training has been amazing, I love training for strength and love sharing my progress with you guys on story and in posts. I’ve made a lot of strength gains since my injury 📈 and I find training is so much more fun when I focus on getting stronger 💪
.
📚 Last but not least, book writing is going well...as good as it can be I guess. I still wake up at 5am every day to write. Some days are super productive and some days I just stare blankly...but it’s all good, part of the process. Also, my book reading is still going strong, I read about 1-2 books a week...I know it’s a lot 😬 but I consider it inspiration for my own writing. Currently reading “The Vanishing Half” if you’re curious.

Only eating half a sub and being completely full 🤯🥪
.
My fellow Floridians will know the amazingness of a Publix sub sandwich and how they somehow taste even better at the beach 😋 Since introducing them to Jeff, he is officially a changed man.
.
But it’s absolutely insane to think that just eating half of it completely filled me up (honestly I almost couldn’t finish it...who am I?) Back in the day I would’ve eaten a whole one and still would’ve felt like I hadn’t eaten anything at all. I definitely don’t miss those days and feel grateful everyday that I can easily eat to satiety and never have to feel the pangs of a stomach with a seemingly bottomless pit 🙏

First time wearing jean shorts in over two years!

First time wearing jean shorts in over two years! Gotta celebrate the little things 🎉 It was a strange mental hurdle to show my legs and deal with the chafing from my All In weight gain that I never wanted to bother, but here we are and we rockin it!
